We are currently seeking an HVAC ENGINEER to provide HVAC support and maintenance for all related systems at our clients Miami, FL location.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other associated mechanical equipment
  • Troubleshoot customer service calls for temperature comfort inside our buildings
  • Maintain operation of electrical and mechanical equipment supporting the facility and facility's critical operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other associated mechanical equipment maintenance and performance
  • Understand pneumatic and electronic control systems
  • Check malfunctioning equipment and ascertain corrective action required
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as required
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to perform work and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Fully implement all standard operating systems and practices

Requirements:
  • High school diploma and 5+ years experience
  • Ability to read HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural blueprints and use Windows based computers
  • Universal CFC license
  • Experience with uninterruptible power systems, emergency power systems, energy management systems, HVAC controls, fire alarm systems, and electrical systems engineering and operation
