We are currently seeking an HVAC ENGINEER to provide HVAC support and maintenance for all related systems at our clients Miami, FL location. Responsibilities include: Oversee air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other associated mechanical equipment Troubleshoot customer service calls for temperature comfort inside our buildings Maintain operation of electrical and mechanical equipment supporting the facility and facility's critical operations Demonstrated expertise in air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other associated mechanical equipment maintenance and performance Understand pneumatic and electronic control systems Check malfunctioning equipment and ascertain corrective action required Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as required Coordinate with third-party vendors to perform work and develop corrective and preventive action plans. Fully implement all standard operating systems and practices Requirements: High school diploma and 5+ years experience Ability to read HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural blueprints and use Windows based computers Universal CFC license Experience with uninterruptible power systems, emergency power systems, energy management systems, HVAC controls, fire alarm systems, and electrical systems engineering and operation Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
